Purpose:

Content: Fees and charges made by the Council for various services are reviewed on an annual basis by the relevant Committee relating to the services provided.   Recommended amendments to the fees and charges are incorporated into the budget setting process to take effect from the following financial year.   Some of the parking charges in the Appendix were slightly wrong, the Chair confirmed what these would be and Mr Anderson would update these figures.  The correct figures for the Appendix are appended to these minutes.    Cllr Mayo asked whether VAT is applicable for Penalty Charge Notices - Mr Anderson would check and update Cllr Mayo offline.    The recommendation was MOVED by Cllr Kendall and SECONDED by Cllr Mayo. A vote was taken by a show of hands and was RESOLVED:   R1. Agree to the proposed charges for 2025/26 as attached in Appendix A subject to the annual budget setting process.   REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION To ensure that adequate resources are provided to ensure services delivered are maintained.
