Content: That it be DETERMINED that in accordance with the agreed Council disposal policy, the Authority proceeds with the sale of the property, as identified on the attached OS plan, on the terms detailed in the attached report to Audenshaw School. To comply with the corporate policy for the disposal of Council owned land and ultimately facilitate the sale of the surplus area of land.
