Content: 1.   Approved the allocation of up to £148,000 from the Insurance Reserve for the scaffolding system, crash deck, scaffolding sensor alarm system and scaffolding lighting for works to the severely damaged roof at Bilston Town Hall, as detailed in Table 1.
