Purpose: 1.     To:   (i)             Consider comments and objections to the advertised proposals for introducing a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) applicable to Malmesbury Activity Zone car park.   (ii)            Recommend the making of the Order. 

Content: 1.     To:   (i)             Consider comments and objections to the advertised proposals for introducing a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) applicable to Malmesbury Activity Zone car park.   (ii)            Recommend the making of the Order.  Following consultation with officers I give notice that I intend to make the decision set out in the attached report.  If you would like to make any representations to me on this issue, please do so by 16 January 2025.   4.    The Order to be implemented. The car park had previously offered unrestricted parking which over time has placed additional pressures on the car park for users of the Activity Zone. 3.    To:   (i)             Implement the TRO as advertised.   (ii)            Not implement the TRO.   (iii)          Implement the TRO with amendments. 2.    Public Consultation was undertaken on the proposed TRO between 26 September 2024 and 21 October 2024.
