Content: 12.1 FPL/2024/209 – Retrospective application for the retention of the river restoration works to the Afon Braint and the Afon Eryr Uchaf on land adjacent to Penhesgyn Household Waste Management Centre, Penhesgyn   It was resolved to approve the application in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation and report subject to the planning conditions set out therein.
