To endorse the response to the Duty to Co-operate set out at Appendix 1 and to the draft Wolverhampton Local Plan at Appendix 2 and agree for it to be submitted to Wolverhampton City Council on behalf of the Stratford-on-Avon District Council. To ensure that the views of the Stratford-on-Avon District Council are made to Wolverhampton City Council in respect of the approach to the Duty to Cooperate between the two authorities.
