Purpose: To consider the report of the Assistant Director of Planning and Regulatory Services

Content: Consideration was given to the revised report of the Assistant Director of Planning & Regulatory Services, as contained on pages 451 to 510 of the Book of Reports, which sought approval of the revised Statement of Licensing Policy required by the Gambling Act 2005.   RESOLVED:   A.    That the Statement of Licensing Policy attached at Appendix 3 to the revised report, be approved.   B.    That the Assistant Director of Planning and Regulatory Services be given delegated authority to publish and administer the Statement of Licensing Policy attached as Appendix 3 to the revised report.
