Content: To consider the budget reductions required and to receive the Welsh Government Provisional Settlement for 2025/2026   RECOMMENDED TO CABINET:   a)    That a further Budget Working Group be held so that full consideration can be given to schools and the viability of further budget reductions.   b)   That a budget and council tax increase which is as low as possible be proposed to allow the setting of a balanced budget as well as putting money into reserves and that council balances are not utilised.
