Purpose: Reason for Decision: The total cost of this contract is £159,530.48 which includes Preliminaries and Principal Designer and Designer costs to ensure compliance with CDM Regulations. The repairs are funded through the 2024/25 Capital Budget and include the following bridges: - • Manor Park Footbridge 01 Asset 0855 • Manor Park Footbridge 02 Asset 0855 • Manor Park Vehicle Bridge 01 Asset 0855 • Manor Park Vehicle Bridge 02 Asset 0855 • Titchfield Park Footbridge 01 Asset 0864 • Carr Lane Footbridge 01 Asset 0459 • Quarry Lane Footbridge Asset 0524 The following two bridges have been removed due to budget restraints, but the contractor has confirmed that if the EA permits the works at Titchfield Park under a single permit, they will look at completing all the works for the whole Park within the current quotation value. • Titchfield Park Footbridge 02 Asset 0864 • Titchfield Park Vehicle Bridge 01 Asset 0864 These works are essential to ensure Health and Safety compliance as recommended in the structural surveys and identified as the highest priority works. Additional works will be required to the following sites once budget identified: - • The Carrs FB02 Asset 0483 • Maun Valley VBridge Asset 0859 • Titchfield Park FB02 (unless covered within this contract through single EA permit) • Titchfield Park VB01 (unless covered within this contract through single EA permit)
