Purpose: Report to approve the purchase of new car park machines and to transfer ongoing management to APCOA

Content: 1. That approval is given to waive Contract Procedure Rules in line with Part 3.5 (Paragraph 10.5) of the Council’s Constitution.   2. That approval is given for the capital purchase through our car park partner APCOA, 12 new car park pay and display machines for Council managed car parks in Sleaford.   3. That approval is given for the capital purchase of £39,500 from the “Covid Recovery” Reserve for the capital outlay.   4.  That approval is given to award the contract to APCOA to take on the day-to-day management of the car park machines.
