Purpose:

Content: Decision: To set and agree the business waste pricing strategy for 2025-26   It was agreed to apply ‘option 2’ where a 2.5% increase will be applied to the business waste charges for 2025-26.   ·       The 2.5% increase is required to cover the additional service costs in 2025-26 ·       2.5% is the expected rate of inflation for 2025.   Two other price increase options were considered and discounted.   No conflicts of interest declared.
