Content: The report considers an increase to the remuneration of non-executive directors (NEDs) on the Cheshire West and Chester Leisure CIC board, trading as Brio Leisure. That an increase of 2.5% to the remuneration of the non-executive directors (NEDs) on the Brio company board, backdated to 1 April 2024, be approved. Such uplift to NED remuneration is in line with public and private comparator companies. It also represents the same uplift received by Council senior officer grades during 2024/25. To require the NEDs to continue to provide their services at the current rate of £6,473.25 per annum.
