Purpose:

Content: The Director of Communities submitted a report to endorse updating four GeoPDF’s to refine the Flood Zone 3b in accordance with the original methodology as set out within the Fylde Coast Authorities Level 1 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) 2024.   Decisions   The Planning Policy and Economic Development Portfolio Holder agreed:   ·       That the attached GeoPDF’s C4, C5, D4 and D5 (Appendix 1) replace existing GeoPDF’s C4, C5, D4 and D5 and that this is endorsed and published as soon as practical.   ·       That subsequent updates to the Fylde Coast Authorities Level 1 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) 2024 are delegated to the Assistant Director of Planning and Building Control.
