Authorise: 1. that notices in respect of the establishment of the puffin crossing described in this report, should be prepared, and advertised in line with the proposals below; and 2. that in the event that no objections are received following the period of consultation, the circumstances do not warrant the holding of a Public Inquiry and the puffin crossing should be established.
