Content: AGREED: that the Independent Professional Advocacy Service contracts be awarded to the following successful tenderers:   ·       Contract 1 - IPA Adults aged 55 & over, other adults with Physical &/or     Sensory Impairment, Mental Ill Health & Substance Misuse to Mental Health Matters Wales.   ·       Contract 2 - IPA Adults with a Learning Disability to Advocacy Matters Wales   To obtain the necessary approval in order to formally award contracts to the successful bidders and secure Independent Professional Advocacy services.
