Purpose:

Content: The Committee had received two reports from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, the first covering the period April to June 2024 and the second covering the period July to September 2024.  It was agreed to consider both reports together, which informed Members how Scottish Fire and Rescue Service is performing locally in Buchan against key performance measures and associated targets, as set out in the Aberdeenshire Local Fire and Rescue Plan and Buchan Multi-Member Ward Plan.   The Committee agreed:-   (1)      to note that whilst the local SFRS Officer was not available to attend Committee that an invite has been extended to meet with the Area Committee, informally, in January,   (2)      to send a letter of thanks to SFRS Peterhead for their delivery of ‘Breakfast Clubs’ which have been well received and much appreciated by the general community throughout Peterhead, and   (3)      to request feedback in relation to page 4 where the 24-hour breakdown shows a spike at 6pm
