Purpose: To provide the Buchan Area Committee with an update on progress in relation to Business Services performance indicators which support the Council Plan Priorities 2024-29.

Content: A report by the Director of Business Services had been circulated providing the Buchan Area Committee with an update on progress in relation to Business Services performance indicators which support the Council Plan Priorities 2024-29.   The Committee agreed:-   (1)      having heard from the Director, to note that more detail has yet to be ‘fed into’ ChatBox which has been subject to capacity constraints, and   (2)      in relation to housing payments, to request a breakdown of how much the Council receives back from the Scottish Government for the under-occupancy charge
