Content: County Councillor Jackie Oakes considered and approved a Local Member Grant for the reduced amount of £500 to Bacup Pride towards the cost of having the floor of the extension to the polytunnel flagged.   The reason for the reduction is County Councillor Jackie Oakes is reserving funding to support as many organisations in her division as possible.
