Content: A procurement process has been undertaken in accordance with the Council’s contract procedure rules and public procurement regulations John Sisk & Sons is the preferred tenderer. The Director of Regeneration and Place is recommended to approve the appointment of John Sisk & Sons Limited to a Pre-Construction Services Agreement with as the Most Economically Advantageous Tenderer pursuant to a mini competition carried out under the Procure Partnerships Framework – Infrastructure Lot £15m+ to the value of £774,837.26. A procurement process has been undertaken in accordance with the Councils contract procedure rules and public procurement regulations. This process has concluded, and the tenders received have been fully evaluated. John Sisk & Sons is the preferred tenderer. The number of new homes which can be built at Hind Street is significant. The Local Plan imperative for adopting a brownfield urban site strategy strengthens the opinion that a do-nothing option be discounted given the significant role that the regeneration of the Hind Street can play in this strategy.
