That the Portfolio Holder for Resources approves the Empty Homes and Second Homes Premium Policy 2025/26 that incorporates the Council Tax (Prescribed Classes of Dwellings and Consequential Amendments) (England) Regulations 2024.   Reason: To ensure the policy reflects the changes introduced by the latest regulations.
