Content: RESOLVED –   1.   That the Cabinet Member for Health and Wellbeing approves the updated Enforcement Policy in Appendix A. 2.   That the Cabinet Member for Health and Wellbeing approves the supplementary Fixed Penalty Notice Policy in Appendix B. 3.   That the Senior Environmental Health Officer, in consultation with the Cabinet member for Health and Wellbeing and the Cabinet Member for Governance, is given delegated authority to approve minor amendments to the ‘Enforcement Policy’ document and/or the ‘Fixed Penalty Notice Policy’ document should there be the need for change; driven by either a change in legislation, national guidance or for minor editorial amendments.
