Purpose:

Content: A Motion to exclude the press and public in respect of the following items, was moved and seconded.   A request to consider items 15 'Accommodation Strategy' & 16 Business Unit Scheme at Junction 4, Skelmersdale' in public was moved and seconded.   A vote was taken on the Motion to exclude the press and public, which was CARRIED.   RESOLVED:    That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act and as, in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption under Schedule 12A outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
