Content: To award the contract for FM Cleaning Services to Nexgen FM for an estimated maximum contract value of £10m for the duration 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2030 with an option to extend for a further 2 years (1+1) to 30 September 2032 for an estimated maximum total contract value of £14m.
