Purpose: The decision concerns entering into a grant agreement with Central London Forward for delivery of the central government devolved Connect to Work employment support programme in Lambeth. Connect to Work focusses on support for economically inactive residents, and particularly those with disability and/or long-term health conditions to access employment, through the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Supported Employment Quality Assurance Framework (SEQAF) delivery models.

Content: 1.    To approve the proposed entry into grant agreement with Central London Forward for the delivery of the Department for Work and Pensions funded Connect to Work programme from 2025-2030.
