Purpose:
Content: The Chairman reported that it was a requirement of the Constitution for the programme of ordinary meetings of the Council to be approved at the Annual Council meeting. At its meeting held on 20 February 2025, the Council had adopted the Calendar of Meetings for the period May 2025 to May 2026, which included the ordinary meetings of the Council for the year, and the dates set out below were those adopted on 20 February 2025. Resolved: (1) That ordinary meetings of the Council be held on the following dates during 2025/26: (a) 24 July 2025; (b) 23 October 2025; (c) 18 December 2025; (d) 19 February 2026; and (e) 9 April 2026; and (2) That the next Annual Council meeting be held on 28 May 2026.
