Purpose: Epping Forest District Council will receive £131,114 Rural England Prosperity Funding from DEFRA for the 2025/26 financial year. The funding is for capital expenditure only. The funding will be assigned via grant process whereby eligible organisations can apply for up to £50,000 of funding. Successful organisations will be expected to contribute a minimum of 20% match funding or external funding to the total cost of the project.
