Purpose: The Pension Fund proposes to award a contract for strategic property advice and management of its Direct Property Portfolio. The procurement has been undertaken using a Property Management Framework hosted by Northern LGPS.

Content: Resolved – That   (1)  the procurement process, utilising the Northern LGPS Framework Lot 2 – UK Property Advisory Mandate, as outlined within the report, be endorsed; and   (2)  the appointment of CBRE Limited as strategic property advisors to the Merseyside Pension Fund be approved.
