Content: Councillor Michael Vincent, Leader of the Council and Sarah Palmer, Director of Transformation and Change submitted a report to provide an overview of quarterly performance against the Council’s key projects and measures. This covers the final quarter in 2024/25 for the period 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025.   Sarah introduced the report and highlighted that 95% of projects were on track or completed. She explained that there would be a revised dashboard format for the next quarter.   Decision   Cabinet agreed:   That the report is noted and where needed, remedial actions to get projects and measures back on course are endorsed.
