Content: The Cabinet will be asked to review the current locality budget process to ensure these are fit for purpose to enable the Council to deliver its priorities   Resolved:   That: 1.           The review of Locality Budgets undertaken by the Portfolio Holder for Families and Communities, be noted.   2.           The changes to Locality Budgets, set out at section 2.1 to Report number CAB/WS/25/020 be noted and that the changes set out at (a), (b) and (d) of Report number CAB/WS/25/020, be agreed.   3.           The process for underspends in any given year, as set out at 2.1(c) and plan for these spends in (e) of Report number CAB/WS/25/020, be agreed.
