The changes to Locality Budgets, set out at section 2.1 to Report number CAB/WS/25/020 be noted and that the changes set out at (a), (b) and (d) of Report number CAB/WS/25/020, be agreed. 3. The process for underspends in any given year, as set out at 2.1(c) and plan for these spends in (e) of Report number CAB/WS/25/020, be agreed.
