Content: RESOLVED: that   the work being undertaken to deliver more sustainable care and support within Adult Services be noted.   the Principles for the Delivery of Care and Support (Older Persons Services) as set out in Appendix 1 be agreed.   the Director Adults, Housing and Communities develop a suite of policy documents and customer information to reflect these principles.
