Purpose:

Content: AGREED: that   those organisations identified in Appendix A as being shortlisted and eligible to be taken forward to the next stage of the procurement process be invited to tender.   the issue of the invitation to tender be approved.   To continue the process to enable the Council to appoint up to 6 contractors to a framework to deliver accelerated adaptations for a period of 2 years from July 2025, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
