Content: It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED:    To agree the inclusion of the acquisition of Affordable Housing S106 units from Fosfel Hurlington Limited, as part of the Building for Lewisham Programme and within the programme’s budget and viability parameters. To approve the allocation of Right to Buy Receipts and the application for recycled S106 affordable housing monies to stay within HRA borrowing limits set out in the Part 2 report. To delegate authority to the Executive Director of Place in consultation with the Executive Director of Corporate Resources and Executive Director of Housing to agree heads of terms and enter contracts for the acquisition of section 106 homes and to use the Right to Buy Receipts set out. Subsequently, to finalise the Acquisition and Development Agreement associated with this acquisition To agree to the withdrawal of the Evelyn Court/Parker House scheme currently within the Building for Lewisham Programme (BfL), so ensuring the whole BfL programme remains within agreed the financial parameters.
