Content: Under delegation from Cabinet - resolution 64, dated 6th February 2025, to seek approval for the award of funding to a number of projects in the district. To approve the award of funding to a number of projects in the district, namely   Applicant Project Amount Campden Business Forum North Cotswold Awards £3500 Cotswold District Council Town Centres Initiative £7500 Cirencester Chamber of Commerce Youth Business, Education & Employment Initiative £25000 Cotswold Friends Volunteer Training £8023 The Door Project Mentoring project £25000 Rixon Architects The Old Station – spaces for creatives £25000 Gloucestershire County Council Longborough Bridleway £6430 Broad Campden Village Hall Kitchen replacement £4200 Lechlade Town Council Improved public realm £16815 Total   £121468   To enable the Council to make use of the UK Shared Prosperity Funding allocated to it by Government and to approve projects which will help the Council to deliver the outputs and outcomes set out in its UKSPF Local Investment Plan. The alternative option considered was not to award the funding.  This would risk not spending the allocation available and not delivering the outputs and outcomes expected of the Council.
