Purpose: IDOX EHC Hub has been identified as the preferred solution by the service area because it is a standalone system which provides a portal for parents and professionals who can see the progress of the assessment from beginning to end. It ensures transparency and parental involvement. Other solutions have been explored however, other systems include the additional purchase of the management information system to run the system, e.g. Liquid Logic, Capita. This is a standalone hub for parents and professionals to ensure the quality of EHCPs through a standardised system.
