Purpose: This report seeks approval to vary nine supported accommodation services that encompass the Young People’s Pathway:    •          Assessment and Progress Male Only – Centrepoint Soho •          Assessment / Progress Service Mixed – St Christophers Fellowship •          Progress Service medium to high support – Centrepoint Soho •          Progress service low to medium support – One Housing Group/Riverside •          Young Parent High Support Service – One Housing Group/Riverside •          Specialist Mental Health Complex Needs Service – DePaul •          Move Through Service – Centrepoint Soho •          Young Parents Visiting Support – Centrepoint Soho •          Assessment and Progress – Mixed – Centrepoint Soho   The variations are being sought in order to extend the current contracts until 31st May 2026 and offer an uplift to the current annual price from 1st April 2025, neither of which are provided for in the current contracts. The current contracts end at various times between 30th September 2025 and 31st January 2026.    Uplifts to the contract prices are being sought due to the additional pressures suppliers are facing as a result of contract values having not kept pace with market value, recent high inflation Consumer Price Index (CPI) being 6.7% in September 2023, having peaked at 11.1% in October 2022) and the significant rises in the London Living Wage (LLW) since April 2023.     The services delivered are regularly monitored against the service specification and key performance indicators.     In accordance with Contract Standing Orders (CSO) E2 and F3, the contract variation report will be presented to Executive Director Children and Learning and where appropriate either the Director of Finance or the Executive Director of Corporate Services.
