Content: Resolved that   (a)       the responses to the consultation be noted and the publication of the Hersham Place Technology Park Consultation Statement be approved;   (b)       the Council enter into an agreement with Berkeley Homes to dispose of the land adjacent to Hersham Technology Park on the southeast side of Queensway, Hersham, subject to planning and all necessary consents, to enable a more comprehensive development of the Hersham Place Technology Park with wider community benefits; and   (c)        authority be delegated to the Strategic Director (Services), in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Leisure, Culture and Commercial Strategy, to finalise the terms of and formally enter into an agreement and all other associated legal documents including the transfer of the land adjacent to Hersham Technology Park on the southeast side of Queensway, Hersham.
