Content: Resolved that   (a)       the Council enter into an Option Agreement with the NHS North West Surrey Alliance Development Partner, Prime plc, for the disposal of the Elm Grove Site to enable the development of an NHS Neighbourhood Health Hub;   (b)       authority be delegated to the Strategic Director (Services), in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Leisure, Culture and Commercial Strategy, to finalise the terms of and formally enter into an Option Agreement and all other associated legal documents including the transfer of the Elm Grove Site;   (c)        the impact on the Walton Bowling Club be acknowledged and authority be delegated to the Strategic Director (Services) to continue to consider alternative options for the Walton Bowling Club to include a commitment to reasonable financial assistance for a merger or to improve bowls facilities in the Borough; and   (d)       authority be delegated to the Strategic Director (Services), in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Leisure, Culture and Commercial Strategy, to exercise the developer’s break option within the lease to Walton Bowling Club if a suitable alternative is found.
