Content: Resolved that   (a)       the Hersham Consultation Statement be agreed for publication as part of the Placemaking project;   (b)       a four-week public consultation be undertaken on the option of including Elmbridge Borough Council land, as shown in Appendix 2 of the report, as part of the wider development of the Hersham Place Technology Park; and   (c)        authority be delegated to the Head of Planning and Environmental Health, in consultation with the Portfolio Holders for Planning and Leisure, Culture & Commercial Strategy, to make such minor alterations to improve the consultations documents as deemed necessary.
