Content: This report requests approval from the Chief Executive to approve the Lancashire Regeneration Property Partnership (LRRP) Stage 2 for the Ribble Bridge Crossing. Decision Taken – Thatthe Chief Executive approved the resolutions as set out in paragraphs 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 (same as the decision above);   Reasons for Decision -  To ensure a contract is in place for the delivery of the main bridge works to support the delivery of the completed bridge within the LUF programme timescales. and             Alternative Options Considered and Rejected - Not to enter into this legal contract would mean the delivery of the bridge project is put at significant risk and the government funding.
