Purpose: That the Council, as the leaseholder of Ridgeview Lodge, enters into a sub-lease agreement with Watford Community House to provide management services for the rental of flats 301-310 Ridgeview Lodge for an initial period of 5 years.   The Council would simultaneously enter into a nomination’s agreement for 301 – 310 Ridgeview Lodge allowing the Council to decide who to house in the flats, the intention is to house Afghan refugees and Ukrainian guests.
