Purpose: To modify Gloucestershire County Council’s (GCC’s) current contract with The OT Practice Ltd, relating to the provision of Occupational Therapy Assessments (OTA’s) for individuals on the waiting list who are members of the public by extending its term for a period of 6 months plus a further 3-month contingency option to allow time to carry out OTAs to address the current OTA backlog and to also carry out the associated follow-up referral work to access community equipment, minor and DFG adaptations, falls prevention etc, and file closures.
