Purpose:

Content: That the Council will grant the licence. The Council owns the freehold of Venture House. The first floor of the building is set up to provide small office work spaces which are fully serviced (except non domestic rates which are the licencee’s responsibility).   The licence for Room 3 has expired and the occupier of that would like a further licence for 18 months and in addition would like to take a further room – Room 4. The Council has the right to give one month’s notice (after an initial period). The fee to be charged is based on the schedule of fees previously agreed by the Council and amounts to £1095 per calendar month for both rooms.   The Council’s rights are protected as the agreement is being drafted by Legal Services.   Agree to grant the licence; or Decline to grant the licence.
