Content: A decision is sought on a proposal to make a Traffic Regulation Order to make changes and additions to certain off street parking restrictions throughout the County. That the County Borough of Conwy (Off- Street Parking Places) Order 2025 is introduced as detailed in Appendix 1.   It has not been possible to overcome some objections to the advertised proposals through discussion or correspondence. The proposal is to introduce parking charges and other changes to prohibitions at Council owned off-street locations in Llanfairfechan, Penmaenmawr, Llanrwst, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno Junction areas. The changes are proposed in order to improve levels of available parking and to manage parking demands.   None.
