Purpose:

Content: Cumberland Council allows the current contract with OrgVue Limited for the provision of a workforce planning and analysis tool to expire on 30 June 2025 and not pursue an extension or renewal Cumberland Council no longer requires OrgVue beyond the current contract term. The data contained within the tool is available in the main HR system, iTrent so there is no loss of data, and the functionality offered in terms of structure charts can also be provided by iTrent via the HR Systems Team. OrgVue also offers organisational modelling functionality, but this has not been used. Considered extending the existing contract for an additional 12 months. This was rejected due to the lack of ongoing need within Cumberland Council and the associated costs.
