Purpose:

Content: The Chief Executive submitted a report informing Committee about the proposed Performance Management Framework and key performance indicators (KPIs) for reporting against the Corporate Plan and at Service Level for 2025/26.   The Corporate Plan 2023/2027 was a central part of the policy framework and regular performance monitoring was essential to ensure the Council was delivering effectively against the priorities and objectives set out and agreed in the plan.   The existing Corporate Plan Technical Appendix featured 130 KPIs, data for some of which was difficult to collect, no longer relevant or not fit for purpose. Committee were asked to consider the performance reporting framework and associated timeline which featured the following: ·         2025/26 Corporate Plan KPIs ·         2025/26 Service Level KPIs ·         Perception Survey KPIs ·         2025/26 Half-Year Performance Reporting Key dates   RESOLVED THAT COMMITTEE:   Considered the information provided in the report and approved the Performance Management Framework and proposed reporting of the Corporate plan, service level and perception survey KPIs for 2025/26.
