Content: RESOLVED to agree to submit the response (Appendix 1) to MHCLG. Government is seeking views on the introduction of a new statutory build out framework which would be introduced by amendment to the Town & Country Planning Act 1990.    Members and Officers discussed this matter at a recent meeting of the Planning Committee Working Group, and Members were asked to feed their thoughts into this response.
