Purpose: This report seeks approval to appoint 1 new supplier onto the Adult Education and Training Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle (DPV) for the following Lots:   •         Lot 3: Programmes that promote employability for Care experienced young people; •         Lot 4: Programmes that support employability for candidates with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (“SEND”)   The DPV commenced in August 2024 for a period of 4 years and will expire in July 2028. Camden’s Adult Community Learning (ACL) and Inclusive Economy jointly fund the DPV through two main funding streams including the Greater London Authority for ACL and Section 106 for Inclusive Economy.   There is provision to re-open each of the four Lots on an annual basis in order to invite new suppliers to join or for applicants who were unsuccessful to re-apply. This report refers to the re-opening of lots 3 and 4.   Following the reopening of the DPV (Round 3), officers are proposing to appoint 1 new supplier to join the DPV for Lots 3 and 4 only. There will be no guaranteed offer of a contract as a result of joining the DPV.  Suppliers appointed to each Lot will be invited to bid for contract opportunities for their respective Lot.   The report is being presented to Director of Economy, Regeneration and Investment for approval in line with Contract Standing Orders.
