Content: 1. To approve the award of a contract for the provision of one-to-one and group-based support for young parents up to the age of 25 of children antenatally and to age fourto St Michael’s Fellowship. The contract will run from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2028 at a value of £175,000 per year and total value of £525,000, with the optionto extend for the period of one plus one year to 30 June 2030 for a maximum contract value of £875,000. 2. To approve the award of a contract for the provision of financial advice and support services to cover money management, debt and housing adviceto Citizen’s Advice Merton and Lambeth (CAML).The contract will run from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2028 at a value of £90,000 per year and total value of £270,000, with the option to extend for the period of one plus one year to 30 June 2030 for a maximum contract value of £450,000.
