Purpose:
Content: Resolved – (1) That the programme of Traffic Regulation Orders for 2025/26 listed in Appendix 1 to Document “A” be approved, subject to the removal of the item in respect of Knowles Lane and the addition of an item for Alred Court/Bierley Lane waiting restrictions. (2) That Traffic Regulation Orders be approved and advertised subject to the scheme details being agreed with the local Ward Members. (3) That any valid objections to the advertised Traffic Regulation Orders be submitted to this Area Committee for consideration or in the event of there being no valid objections the Traffic Regulation Orders be sealed, made and implemented as advertised. (4) That a further report be brought to this Area Committee to consider the full Safe Roads programme for 2025/26.
