Following Council approval, the Head of Procurement has added two clarifying footnotes to the document to assist comprehension. Health & Wellbeing Board Terms of Reference (TOR); - the TOR that were appended to the May Council Annual Business report had errors in the membership numbers listed. However, the correct membership position was described in paragraph 4.3 in body of the report. Both these minor amendments were approved by the Monitoring Officer
